Une entreprise de services industriels recherche un(e) technicien(ne) d'intervention à Boulogne sur Mer. Vous serez responsable de la réalisation de diagnostics, de la maintenance préventive et corrective, ainsi que de l'analyse de risques avant intervention. Un Bac professionnel minimum en maintenance est requis, de même que des compétences en mécanique et hydraulique. Ce rôle offre un environnement de travail dynamique et valorise l'initiative et le respect.

  • Expérience significative en maintenance.

Job Description

SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES

  • Carrying out routine or complex diagnostics in collaboration with technical assistance.
  • Drawing up lists of parts needed to complete the work.
  • Preparing work (parts, consumables, tools, etc.).
  • Recommending repair solutions to customers (replacement, repair, etc.) and formalizing the offer, when appropriate, with internal and external stakeholders (sales teams, customers, etc.).
  • Performing risk analysis prior to intervention.
  • Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment based on maintenance plans and operating procedures.
  • Ensuring equipment is in good working order after intervention.
  • Understanding and using technical documentation (manuals, etc.).
  • Performing simple commissioning of equipment.
  • Determining the qualification of repair orders (billable, warranty, contract, etc.).
  • Parameterizing and calibrating hardware based on customer application.
  • Indicating opportunities for additional interventions in the business tool.
  • Completing various business documents and tools related to operations (reports, hours worked, logbooks, etc.).
  • Reporting daily activities to line management (alerts, tasks carried out, etc.).
  • Occasionally providing backup on another perimeter (geographical, sector, activity, etc.).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE FOR ACTION

  • Ensuring the quality and timeliness of roaming operations.
  • Ensuring compliance of workstations and tools (vehicle, tools, etc.).
  • Knowing and strictly applying health and safety rules and environmental regulations.
  • Respecting standard times and performing on-call duties as required.

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE

  • Vocational baccalaureate to Bac +2 in maintenance, mechanics, or electrical engineering, or significant experience.
  • Technical skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, etc.
  • Knowledge of products, health and safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Basic IT skills and intermediate English (A2).
