In the context of a new position creation, we are seeking a Support IT Team Leader for a retail company, to be hired on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly report to the CIO, your missions will include:
• Managing the team responsible for desktop support across various subsidiaries, including daily management, structuring team tasks, monitoring performance, and managing leave.
• Overseeing desktop support performance: implementing and monitoring SLA related to technical incidents, supporting teams in respecting SLAs, and handling escalated tickets.
• Defining and managing support budgets in close collaboration with the CIO, including budget cycles, managing external providers, and contracts.
• Managing equipment and IT hardware.
• Updating technical documentation.
• Ensuring technological watch and updates.

Profile:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3)

Salary & Benefits:

€50,000 - €60,000 + variable bonus + profit sharing + RTT + TTs
