Within the Airbus Protect MSS pillar, you will be responsible to the Head of SOC FR for operations within the N1 SOC line based in Elancourt, operated 24/7.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the N1 SOC operators team.
• Participate in drafting, updating, and applying procedures for N1 operators.
• Manage N1 personnel in recruitment, retention, training, career development, activity scheduling, and leave planning.
• Coordinate team deliveries within N1 SOC.
• Actively coordinate operations with Service Management leaders and the HO SOC FR.
• Contribute to communication operations (conferences, articles, internal or client presentations) as needed.
• Support the HO SOC FR in service management.
• Ensure close collaboration with the N2 SOC team.
• Ensure client satisfaction.
• Support Threat Hunting and Incident Response activities in coordination with team leaders.
• Assist new projects and clients in integrating into the SOC MSS scope.
• Participate in SOC operations as needed.
• Promote a mindset of excellence and cohesion within the team.

• Hold a Bac+5 or Bac+3 degree in computer science with specialization in information systems and cybersecurity.
• Experience in a SOC, CERT, CSIRT, or similar environment.
• Experience in team management, change management, or service delivery.
• Experience working in sensitive client environments.
• Creative and proactive in facing organizational and operational challenges.
• Open-minded and dynamic personality.
• Adaptability to different situations, well-organized.
• Team spirit, autonomy, and good communication skills.
• Proficiency in English at an advanced level is mandatory in our multicultural environment.

This position requires security clearance or eligibility for security clearance by recognized authorities.
