Position: Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer

Location: Paris, La Défense

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer for our Group Compliance team. The successful candidate will stay informed about global regulatory requirements, ensure compliance across jurisdictions, assist in preparing and submitting regulatory documents, and support our Financial Services (FS) Business Line.

Key Responsibilities

1. Stay updated on global regulatory requirements and understand their implications across jurisdictions.
2. Prepare assessment reports on changes in the legal and regulatory environment.
3. Coordinate and contribute to the filing of Fit and Proper (“FAPs”) forms for Board Members.
4. Monitor and coordinate the regulatory environment related to payments with local experts (Compliance, Risk, Legal, etc.).
5. Maintain a database of regulatory publications and provide summaries to relevant teams.
6. Provide expert regulatory compliance support regarding provisions and obligations related to payments, in collaboration with local compliance officers or law firms.
7. Advise on agreements, contracts, and terms and conditions with the Legal teams.
8. Ensure timely reporting to the Group compliance team.
9. Host monthly FS Global Business Line meetings.
10. Assess future business activities for potential compliance risks.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in legal, compliance, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of personnel with integrity and maturity.
• Ability to lead meetings and coordinate networks.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills; proficiency in French is required.
