Le candidat retenu sera responsable de la conformité réglementaire à travers différentes juridictions, de la préparation de documents et de la collaboration avec des experts locaux. Qualifications

  • Diplôme de niveau supérieur en droit ou conformité.
  • Capacité à diriger des réunions et à coordonner des réseaux.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais et en français.

Responsabilités

  • Assurer la conformité réglementaire dans plusieurs juridictions.
  • Préparer et soumettre des documents réglementaires.

Position: Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer

Location: Paris, La Défense

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer for our Group Compliance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Staying informed about global regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance across jurisdictions.
  2. Participating in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents.
  3. Supporting the Financial Services (FS) Business Line.
  4. Contributing to the understanding of regulatory requirements across jurisdictions and preparing assessment reports on legal and regulatory changes.
  5. Coordinating and contributing to the filing of Fit and Proper (“FAPs”) forms for Board Members.
  6. Monitoring the regulatory environment related to payments with local experts (Compliance, Risk, Legal, etc.).
  7. Maintaining a database of regulatory publications and providing summaries to relevant teams.
  8. Providing expert regulatory compliance support regarding payments and regulatory obligations, in collaboration with local compliance officers or law firms.
  9. Advising on agreements, contracts, and terms and conditions in liaison with Legal teams.
  10. Reporting and providing Management Information as required by the Group compliance team, ensuring timely delivery.
  11. Hosting the monthly FS Global Business Line meetings.
  12. Assessing future business activities to identify potential compliance risks.
Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in legal, compliance, or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all levels of personnel with integrity and maturity.
  • Ability to lead meetings and coordinate networks.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills; proficiency in French is mandatory.
