A leading energy company based in Courbevoie is looking for a Team Leader for Hedging and Position Management. The role involves leading a team, overseeing pricing methodologies, and managing risk across multiple European markets. Candidates should have a strong background in risk management, excellent analytical skills, and be fluent in both French and English. This position may involve travel to Brussels.

Within GBU S&EM, the Giant Offer and Origination Desk (GOOD) manages the pricing and position management of supply contracts concluded with large industrial customers in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany.
This represents around 300 contracts per year, covering commodities and certificates (GoOs, VERs, CRM, CEE, EU-ETS, Biomethane...), for a delivered volume of 70 TWh of natural gas and 30 TWh of power in the CWE region.
GOOD is structured around two teams:
