Job Opportunity: Team Leader for Support Services

Seeking a qualified team leader to manage a dedicated team and provide effective guidance while demonstrating best practices in supporting a woman living with an intellectual disability in her own home. This role involves providing direct support to your employer, supervising and motivating team members daily, and serving as the primary point of contact for the team.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Fostering an inspiring team environment with open communication
2. Delegating tasks and setting clear deadlines
3. Overseeing daily operations such as staff scheduling, time sheets, and financial records
4. Monitoring team performance and conducting evaluations
5. Motivating team members and encouraging positive contributions
6. Identifying training needs and providing coaching
7. Resolving team conflicts and addressing feedback
8. Encouraging community engagement and organizing team-building activities

Requirements:

• Experience as a team leader or supervisor preferred
• Knowledge of performance metrics
• Proficiency in PC skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Additional requirements include a criminal record check and First Aid CPR certification.
