A leading educational organization is seeking a Team Leader to manage a contact centre team dedicated to providing practical advice on learning pathways. This role involves mentoring staff, ensuring high-quality client service, and collaborating with various stakeholders. • ASO5 salary range $85,790 - $95,413 p.a. + super

About the role
The Team Leader plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, client-focused outcomes by effectively managing employees, allocating resources strategically, and maximising technology effectively. As well as participating in strategic projects, the Team Leader provides hands-on leadership, mentoring, and coaching to staff to achieve team goals while fostering collaboration across TAFE SA, government agencies, and industry partners.
In this role, you'll guide a dynamic contact centre team committed to providing clear, practical advice on learning pathways, and ensuring exceptional service delivery at every stage of the student experience.

Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid DHS Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed. Applicants who do not hold a WWCC will need to apply at Department of Human Services (DHS).
