A leading company is seeking an ETAG Leader / Senior Just Transition Advisor for a project in Bulgaria. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in energy transition planning and public sector advisory, alongside a relevant Bachelor's degree and strong English proficiency. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on large-scale energy sector policy reforms.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Energy Policy, Public Administration, or Economics.
• Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English.
• At least 15 years of experience in energy transition planning and public sector advisory.

NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EIB-funded project called: Public Sector Loan Facility Advisory for the Maritsa East Complex. We are searching for experts to support the core team during this project.

Location: Bulgaria

Key Expert: ETAG Leader / Senior Just Transition Advisor (Category)
Qualifications:

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Energy Policy, Public Administration, or Economics (minimum requirement)
• Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English (minimum requirement)
• At least 15 years of experience in energy transition planning and public sector advisory (minimum requirement)
• Experience leading large-scale just transition projects and energy sector policy reforms will be considered an asset
