NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EIB-funded project called: Public Sector Loan Facility Advisory for the Maritsa East Complex. We are searching for experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project. Location: Bulgaria.

Key Expert: ETAG Leader / Senior Just Transition Advisor

• Category: At least a Bachelor’s degree in Energy Policy, Public Administration, or Economics (minimum requirement).
• Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English (minimum requirement).
• At least 15 years of experience in energy transition planning and public sector advisory (minimum requirement).
• Experience leading large-scale just transition projects and energy sector policy reforms will be considered an asset.
