Job Description:

Role: SAP Solution Owner

The SAP Solution Owner will oversee the entire lifecycle of SAP solutions, from design to deployment and maintenance, working on our Global Finance ERP solution, SAP public cloud S/4HANA. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining our core model, deploying it in over 30 countries, and collaborating closely with stakeholders, GPOs, SAP consultants, and integrators to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Key tasks include:

1. Documenting project progress and reporting to management.
2. Reviewing BPD and SAP configuration documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with best practices.
3. Demonstrating and communicating the technical value of SAP solutions to clients and stakeholders.
4. Conducting functional workshops with GPOs to ensure process coherence in SAP.
5. Collaborating with the Head of SAP S/4 Team on design, scope, and process documentation.
6. Supporting hands-on tasks like creating prototypes or proofs of concept.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certification or hands-on experience in SAP modules such as FI, CO, AA.
• Strong knowledge of SAP systems, tools, and best practices.
• 7+ years of experience in SAP international projects, preferably supporting organizations.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and ITSM tools (JIRA, ServiceNow).
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and results-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to expand knowledge across Pluxee processes.
• Fluency in English.
