Une entreprise d'assistance technique en pleine croissance recherche un leader électrique pour un contrat de 12 mois en Île-de-France. Le candidat sera responsable de l'approbation des stratégies de maintenance et de la supervision des employés de maintenance électrique, tout en s'assurant de la conformité aux spécifications de l'entreprise. Ce poste exige un diplôme BAC+2 et une maîtrise de l'anglais, ainsi qu'une expérience en gestion d'équipe.

Qualifications

Description du poste

Job Description:

We are looking for an Electrical Leader (M/F) for one of our clients, based in Ile-de-France (France), for a 12-month contract (potentially renewable).

1. Approve maintenance philosophies and strategic approaches—including spare parts management, maintenance planning, and outsourcing—and oversee their execution and performance.
2. Promote and monitor the use of the Computerized Maintenance and Inspection Management System both onshore and on-site, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
3. Participate in gap analyses between contractor designs and company specifications, in coordination with the Technical Department, upon request.
4. Review and validate Operational Test Procedures.
5. Assess and evaluate the performance of contractor personnel involved in electrical maintenance scopes.
6. Serve as the technical focal point for electrical-related matters within assigned projects, scopes of work, or contracts.

Candidate Profile and Skills:

• Minimum of a BAC+2 diploma.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Experience in team management is considered an asset.
