Job Description:

The Team Lead Business Solution Design & Delivery will oversee a team of 20-25 colleagues supporting project solution design based on end-to-end process and system knowledge, partnering with program managers on initiatives rollout. Responsibilities include people management, team building, program oversight, methodology adherence, stakeholder engagement, and external resource management. The role reports to the Head of Business Solution Design & Delivery.

Your Profile

We seek a candidate with over 15 years of experience in driving global cross-functional programs in the insurance industry, with strong people management skills, consulting expertise, change management capabilities, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Preferred certifications include PROSCI and/or Six Sigma. Experience in Agile environments is also desirable.
