Eni Plenitude France is seeking a Technical Domain Owner - CRM to join the IT Department in Paris. You will act as the techno-functional reference for maintenance and lead analysis, implementation and monitoring of CRM changes and projects impacting the customer lifecycle.

You will own the B2C/B2B CRM domain (Kraken platform), provide L2/L3 support, capture business needs, prioritize work, coordinate Kraken delivery, and ensure data reliability and scalable solutions while communicating progress

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree required.
  • Extensive PM experience in MOE/AMOE within utilities.
  • Strong CRM experience in B2C/B2B, energy sector preferred.
  • Deep understanding of customer lifecycle and data.
  • Experience in agile environments.
  • Excellent communication across IT, business and stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; French required.
  • Leadership and proactive attitude.

At Eni, we are looking for a Technical Domain Owner - CRM to join Eni Plenitude France.

Within the IT Department, reporting to the Head of Application Domains, you will act as the Customer Journey TDO*, serving as the techno functional reference for maintenance activities. You will also lead the analysis, implementation, and monitoring of changes and projects impacting B2C and B2B customer relationship processes and business rules (including customer call management and routing, customer data and management views, and the customer lifecycle).

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as application owner for the B2C/B2B CRM domain (Kraken platform and ecosystem)
  • Provide expert (L2/L3) support to business and IT teams; contribute to incident analysis and feasibility studies
  • Capture and formalise business needs, bugs, and enhancement requests related to CRM functionalities
  • Prioritise maintenance and project activities with Kraken, managing trade-offs where needed
  • Coordinate and oversee delivery by Kraken (clarifications, solution validation, testing)
  • Communicate progress and releases to stakeholders; prepare documentation and user guides as required
  • Ensure overall solution consistency, scalability, maintainability, and data reliability in collaboration with Kraken
Skills And Experience Required
  • Graduate of an Engineering School or holder of a Master’s degree (Bac+5)
  • Significant experience in project management (MOE or AMOE) within the functional area of customer billing and the utilities sector (gas, electricity, services)
  • Strong experience in CRM (B2C/B2B), ideally within the energy sector (gas, electricity, services)
  • Strong understanding of customer management processes (interaction channels, call routing, customer data, lifecycle, etc.)
  • Experience working in agile or iterative environments
  • Analytical mindset with a solution‑oriented approach
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage across IT, business, and senior stakeholders
  • Leadership capabilities and a proactive, hands‑on attitude
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Adaptable, committed, and driven to take initiative
