Eni Plenitude France is seeking a Technical Domain Owner - CRM to join the IT Department in Paris. You will act as the techno-functional reference for maintenance and lead analysis, implementation and monitoring of CRM changes and projects impacting the customer lifecycle.
You will own the B2C/B2B CRM domain (Kraken platform), provide L2/L3 support, capture business needs, prioritize work, coordinate Kraken delivery, and ensure data reliability and scalable solutions while communicating progress

Within the IT Department, reporting to the Head of Application Domains, you will act as the Customer Journey TDO*, serving as the techno functional reference for maintenance activities. You will also lead the analysis, implementation, and monitoring of changes and projects impacting B2C and B2B customer relationship processes and business rules (including customer call management and routing, customer data and management views, and the customer lifecycle).
