At Eni, we are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join Eni Plenitude France.

We are looking for a proactive and strategically minded buyer with strong analytical capabilities and a solid understanding of end-to-end procurement processes. They can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, manage complex sourcing initiatives, and ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks. The candidate should have strong negotiation skills, a structured approach to supplier management, and the ability to operate in technologically advanced procurement environments.

Main Responsibilities
Sourcing & Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to define needs and develop effective sourcing strategies aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
  • Translate operational needs into structured procurement initiatives.
  • Maintain regular communication with HQ.
Market Analysis & Supplier Management
  • Support supplier qualification and identify strategic categories with Vendor Management.
  • Analyse the market to identify suitable suppliers.
  • Define tender and negotiation strategies based on market insights.
  • Assess suppliers’ suitability (capability, reliability, sustainability).
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance.
  • Manage end-to-end tendering processes (supplier engagement, evaluation, negotiation, award) with internal functions (e.g. Legal, Risk).
  • Ensure transparency and compliance throughout.
  • Use digital procurement platforms (e.g. Jaggaer) to manage tenders and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure smooth handover to contract management teams.
  • Analyse feedback to drive continuous improvement and enhance procurement effectiveness.
Skills And Experience Required
  • Master’s degree in Procurement (or similar).
  • Solid experience in indirect procurement.
  • Experience in an international environment is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of service contracts, SLAs, and risk management.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with procurement tools and Excel.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, team player, and able to work independently.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working with structured processes and HQ guidelines.
