We are looking for an experienced Tax Supervisor to oversee and manage tax operations within a shared services environment for Daewoong Indonesia. This role will ensure accurate and timely tax compliance, optimize processes, and coordinate across departments and regions to meet global and local tax requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage relationships with external tax consultants to ensure accurate tax planning, compliance, and advisory services

Act as the main point of contact for tax officers during tax audits, queries, and inspections, and ensure timely resolution of tax matters

Supervise the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns (e.g., VAT, Withholding Tax, Corporate Income Tax) for all affiliates and subsidiaries

Reconcile tax accounts and ensure tax balances in the general ledger align with tax filings

Monitor changes in local and global tax laws and regulations, assess their impact, and ensure compliance with the latest requirements

Support the preparation of annual Corporate Income Tax Reports (SPT Tahunan) and ensure timely submission to the tax office.

Review supporting tax documents and ensure proper tax documentation and filing for audit trails

Identify tax risks and provide recommendations to minimize exposure and penalties

Assist in transfer pricing documentation and related-party transaction compliance as required

Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Accounting, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth tax operations

Provide guidance and coaching to junior tax staff to maintain high standards of tax compliance and reporting

Requirements

Required:

Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in tax compliance and advisory

Experience liaising with tax officers and handling tax audits.

Proven ability to coordinate with external tax consultants and advisors.

Strong skills in tax reconciliation and financial analysis.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and tax software; experience with ERP systems is an advantage

Willing to stay in Bali

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry setting.

Excellent communication skills in English.
