This pivotal role focuses on supporting all talent acquisition and hiring activities, ensuring smooth contract management, pre-employment checks, and seamless onboarding of new hires. Reporting to the Director of HR, you will collaborate closely with Talent Partners on talent management activities.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a HR Department
  • Experience in recruitment and selection
  • Previous Health Sector/Public Sector experience
  • Communicates clearly, effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven track record of managing high volumes of administrative activity
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail, administration and organisational skills
  • Ability to be flexible and innovative in your role
  • Be self-motivated with ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as on own initiative
  • Evidence of continuous professional development
