As a pioneer remote-first tech company with a globally inspiring product, we attract a large number of applicants. Our unique hiring process empowers our Hiring Leadership team to lead talent selection, supported by our Talent Science team, which ensures effective, objective, and scientifically rigorous processes for selecting exceptional talent regardless of location, culture, or background.

We are seeking mid-level Talent Scientists passionate about scientific approaches to talent selection. The role involves working closely with Hiring Leads to drive initiatives, automation, and best practices, providing expertise on talent assessments. This position is focused on the science of talent and performance, aiming to raise awareness and insights across the business to optimize our global talent pool.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Driving talent analytics for real-time insights and supporting efficient hiring processes.
  2. Conducting behavioral talent interviews to gain insights into motivations and behaviors.
  3. Building relationships with global stakeholders to ensure consistency and effectiveness in hiring operations.
  4. Providing data-driven insights to support robust decision-making.
  5. Enhancing employer brand and candidate experience.
  6. Streamlining hiring processes and tools for continuous improvement.
  7. Collaborating with external platforms to maximize ROI.
  8. Promoting diversity and inclusion by removing unconscious bias and supporting sourcing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • An academic background with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a psychology-related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in R, Python, SQL, statistical analysis, or BI tools.
  • Exposure to psychometric assessments and their interpretation.
  • Experience conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews, with the ability to train others.
  • A deep understanding of talent prediction and success measurement.
  • A passion for scientific talent selection approaches.
  • Excellent remote working organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel 2-4 times a year for company events, up to two weeks each.

Additional skills that are a plus include experience in sourcing, headhunting, statistical significance testing, Bayesian inference, predictive analytics, ML, and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights, Greenhouse, and DISC profiling.
