Dedale is building a Talent Intelligence practice from the ground up. We seek a driven professional to join early, with exposure to senior executives and PE/funder sponsors. You will help shape search strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

You will collaborate with the Head of Talent Intelligence and the EDE team to translate briefs into actionable mandates, contributing to process documentation and the data vision of the practice.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in executive search, talent intelligence, or advisory sourcing.
• Proven ability to engage credibly with senior professionals and board-level candidates.
• Experience running searches end-to-end from profile definition to candidate assessment.
• Strong research and analytical instincts for mapping markets and target universes.
• Structured, rigorous, and able to manage multiple mandates with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Kick-off mandates and translate sponsor briefs into structured search strategies.
• Own the research backbone and build prioritized target landscapes for sourcing.
• Screen, qualify, and present curated shortlists with clear rationale.
• Lead sponsor-facing reporting and manage stakeholder feedback.
• Contribute to building the practice with methodology and data vision.
