Dedale Intelligence is building a Talent Intelligence practice from the ground up. You’ll join the Head of Talent Intelligence at the earliest stage of the practice, gaining real exposure and responsibility to shape something new. You’ll leverage Dedale's network of 100+ PE funds, M&A advisors, and corporates to deepen talent relationships.

Our team envisions a data-driven approach and rigorous candidate assessment, with opportunities to influence methodology and process as the practice grows.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in executive search, talent intelligence, or advisory sourcing.
• Demonstrated ability to engage credibly with senior professionals.
• Experience running searches or research mandates end‑to‑end, from profile definition through to candidate assessment and presentation.
• Strong research and analytical instincts — map markets, build target universes, and synthesize information.

Responsabilités

• Mandate kick-offs alongside Head of Talent Intelligence and sponsoring PE partner or fund MD.
• Build a clear search strategy: define ideal profile, map target universe, flag positioning angles.
• Own research backbone of mandates; translate into actionable sourcing briefs for EDE team.
• Act as day‑to‑day contact for EDE, refine longlists, escalate quality or coverage issues.
• Screen and qualify candidates against criteria; present curated shortlist with rationale.
• Own senior stakeholder discussions, prepare progress updates and facilitate feedback.
• Support structuring the practice from the ground up; contribute to methodology and data vision.
