Position
The Talent Engagement & Learning Manager is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to maximize the attraction, retention, and development of talents within the region. They will oversee employee engagement & skill development initiatives, ensuring a stimulating, inclusive, and high-performing work environment aligned with our Maison's values.
Job responsibilities
- Employee Experience:
- Map and improve the employee experience at each stage of the journey (recruitment, onboarding, development, departure).
- Implement initiatives to promote well-being at work, quality of life, and employee engagement.
- Measure and improve employee engagement through surveys and feedback collection.
- Create a positive and motivating corporate culture.
- Learning & Development, in collaboration with Dior Academy and Central Learning Teams:
- Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps across the organization related to performance management, retail career paths, and upskilling Head Office talents & HR community.
- Implement comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with Europe’s goals.
- Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs to improve outcomes.
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):
- Promote and roll out impactful CSR initiatives across Europe: DE&I, gender equality, health & well-being, ethics & compliance, community engagement.
- Raise awareness and train employees on CSR issues.
- Coordinate CSR monitoring and reporting.
- Internal Communications:
- Develop and implement the region's internal communications strategy.
- Oversee creation of relevant and engaging content for internal channels.
- Assess and improve internal communications activities.
- Employer Branding:
- Define and promote the region's employer brand.
- Create attractive communication activities to attract top talent.
- Maintain active presence on professional social networks and at recruitment events.
Profile
Qualifications:
- Proven HR experience of at least 10-15 years, including roles as HR Generalist and in HR Expertise areas (learning, talent engagement & development, HR communications, CSR) in retail & international environments.
- A Master's degree in Human Resources or Business.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
- Effective project management skills across diverse work environments.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with cultural sensitivity for diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and digital education methods.
- Leadership and influence skills, with a collaborative approach.
- Innovative thinking combined with practical execution.
- Comfortable making data-driven decisions.
