Your position and environment?

Our Forvia Automotive Seating (FAS) Business Group is looking for a Talent & Organization Development Apprentice/Intern in Nanterre, France.

We are seeking a new team member to learn about our dynamic industry and participate in HR Development initiatives at our Headquarters (HQ) in Nanterre. You will be supported by our Talent Development Team for your growth.

Your main responsibilities will include supporting the international Management Development Team by coordinating development, training, and competencies management for Managers and Professionals within the Business Group, aligned with Group HR policies.

Your roles and responsibilities

• Coordination of BG HR Projects
• Implementing, coordinating, and communicating projects within BG FAS.
• Supporting project execution and aligning with divisions.
• Supporting Talent & Organizational Development at BG level.
• Assisting in People Reviews and talent committees.

• Reporting systems optimization and consolidation between BG and Divisions
• Supporting Group processes within BG.
• Interface and alignment with Divisions.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Curiosity and motivation to learn
• Good communication, organizational, and planning skills
• Writing and data analytics skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Previous HR internship or apprenticeship experience is a plus
