Job Purpose
You will play a crucial role in our business's global strategy, and you will make a meaningful impact on a regional level as our Talent Learning and Development Manager for France. As the leader of development and implementation for our local Talent Management programs, you'll drive the evolution of our talent processes and tools, shaping the workforce of tomorrow. You'll be at the forefront of change management, working on impactful projects that will set new benchmarks for our industry.
In this influential role, you'll champion the communication of Talent Management initiatives, fostering a culture of growth within our dedicated team, HR, and the broader business community. As a regional support pillar, you'll empower and elevate key aspects of talent management, including training and development, performance optimization, talent review, succession planning, and employee engagement. As the torchbearer for our talent-focused mission, you'll also take charge of delivering and facilitating training initiatives, ensuring our workforce remains at the cutting edge of their abilities.
