Join us in a pivotal role as a Talent and Organizational Development Manager in Bussy-Saint-Georges in France!
Job Purpose
You will play a crucial role in our business's global strategy, and you will make a meaningful impact on a regional level as our Talent Learning and Development Manager for France . As the leader of development and implementation for our local Talent Management programs, you'll drive the evolution of our talent processes and tools, shaping the workforce of tomorrow. You'll be at the forefront of change management, working on impactful projects that will set new benchmarks for our industry.
In this influential role, you'll champion the communication of Talent Management initiatives, fostering a culture of growth within our dedicated team, HR, and the broader business community. As a regional support pillar, you'll empower and elevate key aspects of talent management, including training and development, performance optimization, talent review, succession planning, and employee engagement. As the torchbearer for our talent-focused mission, you'll also take charge of delivering and facilitating training initiatives, ensuring our workforce remains at the cutting edge of their abilities.
Responsibilities
Leading implementation of global and pan-European initiatives across assigned market
Facilitation of trainings
Representation of the respective region in global and European project management workstreams
First point of contact for the HR teams within assigned market
Communication of the TM initiatives to the key stakeholders in assigned market
Leadership - overseeing, coaching and inspiring up to 3 direct reports
Deployment and follow-up of multi-annual commitment surveys among France employees, presentation of results to the Management Committee
Definition, deployment and follow-up of an Employer Brand policy
Creation and follow-up of a Young Talents Program
Design and implementation of events, internal communication actions contributing to reinforce the sense of belonging to TD SYNNEX
Definition and implementation of an innovative internal communication strategy
Knowledge Skills and Experience
Clear and effective communication in English and French, both spoken and written, are a must
Preferably 5 to 10 Years of relevant work experience in Talent Management functions
1 to 3 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employees
Bachelor's Degree with Human Resources, Psychology, Business field of study is required- Master's or Postgraduate degree is a plus
Other beneficial Education / Certifications: Project & Change Management, Communication, Training Facilitation
You are proficient in creating and delivering formal presentations
You skillful interact with all management levels, including negotiation and idea promotion
You possess strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive
You are able to work independently with minimal supervision, including confidentiality maintenance
You love to build solid working relationships, exhibiting sensitivity to others' needs and concerns
You are capable of learning new systems and technology, with intermediate-level computer application use
Local (in-country) travel required
