What you'll be doing

• Own the entire recruiting process from kickoff to offer acceptance
• Build and manage your talent pipeline, including sourcing, outreach, and job postings
• Conduct screening calls and guide candidates through the process
• Track and analyze KPIs to evaluate and improve recruiting processes
• Represent our brand authentically to attract top talent
• Collaborate closely with specialists and hiring managers throughout the process

Who you are

• You have 2+ years of recruiting experience in SaaS companies
• You excel in active sourcing and typically close 2–3 roles monthly
• You are proactive, charismatic, and take ownership with a hands-on approach
• You learn quickly, work independently, and consistently meet recruiting challenges
• You are empathetic, people-savvy, and build strong candidate relationships naturally
• You are fluent in English; German is a plus
