Exotec is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our international team, focusing on growth in Japan and the broader APAC region. You will partner with business leaders to attract and hire exceptional talent across engineering, operations, sales, customer support, and corporate teams.

In this role you will lead full recruitment lifecycle activities, build talent pipelines, and contribute to employer branding and global recruitment initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, or a similar hiring-focused role.
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, industrial, sales, or business positions is a plus.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake meetings to offer management and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and candidate profiles.
• Source, attract, and engage top talent using a variety of channels and innovative sourcing techniques.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate screenings and guide candidates through the interview process.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on recruitment best practices, talent market insights, and hiring trends.
• Support employer branding initiatives and represent Exotec at recruitment events and networking activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Collaborate closely with HR and Talent Acquisition colleagues across multiple regions.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our international Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities with a strong focus on supporting our growth in Japan, while also contributing to hiring projects across the wider APAC region. You will partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to attract and hire exceptional talent across a variety of functions, including engineering, operations, sales, customer support, and corporate teams. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the expansion of one of the world's fastest‑growing robotics companies.

Requirements

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, or a similar hiring‑focused role.
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, industrial, sales, or business positions is a plus.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Proactive, organized, and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Interest in technology, robotics, industrial automation, or high‑growth environments.

Language Requirements

• Professional fluency in Japanese is mandatory.
• Professional fluency in English is mandatory.
• Korean language skills would be a strong advantage.
