About the Role

We seek a Talent Acquisition Specialist passionate about the entertainment/media industry, with a keen understanding of the creative community, to find the right voices behind our content. You will hire Promo Writers, Content Writers, Leads, and Production/Pre-Production talent, mainly across France and Italy, to help us deliver culturally rich stories to our audiences.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring plans for content, production, and writing roles.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, attracting, and engaging top creative talent in the entertainment industry.
• Utilize your network to identify local communities and candidates who understand French and Italian audiences and can bring cultural insights into storytelling.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS and recruitment tracker while complying with local labor laws.
• Coordinate with People Ops, Business Leaders, and Finance to align on hiring timelines and budgets.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, especially in media, entertainment, or content-driven industries.
• Fluent in English, French, and Italian.
• Strong network within the TV, writing, production, or creative arts industries.
• Experience hiring for international markets, particularly in Europe.
• Proactive, with an eye for creative talent and a passion for building new initiatives.
