About the Role

We seek a Talent Acquisition Specialist passionate about entertainment/media, with a deep understanding of the creative community. You will hire Promo Writers, Content Writers, Creative Leads, and Production talent, mainly in France and Italy, to bring culturally-rich stories to our audiences.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring plans for content, production, and writing roles
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing and engaging top creative talent from the entertainment industry
• Utilize your network to find candidates familiar with French and Italian audiences, bringing cultural insights
• Maintain ATS and recruitment data, ensuring compliance with local labor laws
• Coordinate with People Ops, Business Leaders, and Finance on hiring timelines and budgets

What You Bring

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in media, entertainment, or content industries
• Fluent in English, French, and Italian
• Strong network in TV, writing, production, or creative arts
• Experience hiring in international European markets
• Proactive, creative talent-focused, and eager to build from scratch
