Apprenticeship - Talent Acquisition & Campus Management, Western Europe

Location - Paris, Esplanade de la Defense (92)

This opportunity is open to students looking for an apprenticeship contract of 1-2 years (contrat d’apprentissaged’une durée d’un ou de deux ans).

As a Talent Acquisition Apprentice you will support the talent strategy in the Western Europe (WEEU) cluster, specifically supporting our retail hirings for Spain and Portugal. You will support the Talent Acquisition Manager in driving the full life cycle recruitment process in partnership with the cluster's leadership team for office roles in France. You will also coordinate the development and execution of strategic initiatives for the HQ and retail candidate and employee experience, including but not limited to employer branding, talent management, campus relations, and international talent acquisition.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • You will support the Talent Acquisition Team in providing best in class candidate experience in management of the strategic, full cycle recruitment process across France and Iberia.

  • You will coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.

  • You will post and promote jobs utilizing various sites to drive a diverse candidate pool including using social media.

  • You will conduct in-depth screens and assess potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications, and compensation requirements.

  • You will coordinate the creation of the campus management program and develop an effective partnership with key schools in France.

  • You will collaborate with management throughout recruitment and selection process, identify and resolve any obstacles that may arise.

  • You will research, suggest, and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.

MORE ABOUT YOU

  • You speak Portuguese or Spanish as your first language and have a fluent level of English.

  • You have a human resources degree or equivalent.

  • You have first experience in recruitment and campus management.

  • You are recognized for your great communication skills and ability to partner, collaborate, and build relationships.

  • You know how to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • You are a great listener with a customer service mindset.

Recruitment Process

Once you apply, here’s what you can expect:

  • A response within two weeks of your application.

  • If your profile is shortlisted, you will have an initial interview of 30 minutes with one of our recruiters.

  • Followed by a 20 minutes interview with our Talent Acquisition Manager WEEU.

  • Lastly, a 45 minutes interview with your direct manager.
