An established industry player is seeking a Talent Acquisition Apprentice to enhance the recruitment process across Western Europe. This role involves supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager in managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience, and collaborating with various stakeholders. You will also play a key role in developing strategic initiatives for employer branding and campus management. As a Talent Acquisition Apprentice, you will support the talent strategy in the Western Europe (WEEU) cluster, specifically supporting our retail hirings for Spain and Portugal. You will support the Talent Acquisition Manager in driving the full life cycle recruitment process in partnership with the cluster's leadership team for office roles in France. You will also coordinate the development and execution of strategic initiatives for the HQ and retail candidate and employee experience, including but not limited to employer branding, talent management, campus relations, and international talent acquisition.
