About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist passionate about the entertainment/media space, with a deep understanding of the creative community. You will hire Promo Writers, Content Writers, Creative Leads, and Production talent primarily in France and Italy, helping us deliver culturally-rich stories to our audiences.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring plans for content, production, and writing roles.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing and engaging top creative talent from the entertainment industry.
• Utilize your network to identify local communities and candidates who understand French and Italian audiences and storytelling.
• Maintain ATS and recruitment data, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Coordinate with People Ops, Business Leaders, and Finance on hiring timelines and budgets.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in media, entertainment, or content industries.
• Fluency in English, French, and Italian.
• A strong network in the TV, writing, production, or creative arts industry.
• Experience hiring for international markets, especially in Europe.
