About the Role

Seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist passionate about entertainment/media, with a deep understanding of the creative community. You will hire Promo Writers, Content Writers, Leads, and Production/Pre-Production talent, primarily in France and Italy, to bring culturally-rich stories to our audience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring plans for creative roles
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent
• Utilize your network to find candidates who understand French and Italian audiences and storytelling
• Maintain ATS and recruitment data, ensuring compliance with local labor laws
• Coordinate with People Ops, Business Leaders, and Finance on hiring timelines and budgets

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in media, entertainment, or content industries
• Fluent in English, French, and Italian
