About the Role

We seek a Talent Acquisition Specialist passionate about entertainment and media, with insight into the creative community. You will hire Promo Writers, Content Writers, Leads, and Production/Pre-Production talent, primarily in France and Italy, to bring culturally rich stories to our audiences.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring plans for content, production, and writing roles
• Lead end-to-end recruitment by sourcing and engaging top creative talent in the entertainment industry
• Use your network to identify local communities and candidates with cultural insight into French and Italian audiences
• Maintain ATS and recruitment data, ensuring compliance with local labor laws
• Coordinate with People Ops, Business Leaders, and Finance on hiring timelines and budgets

What You Bring
