About the Role

We seek a Talent Acquisition Specialist passionate about the entertainment/media sector, knowledgeable about the creative community, and skilled at sourcing the right voices for our content. You will recruit Promo Writers, Content Writers, Leads, and Production/Pre-Production talents, mainly in France and Italy, to help us deliver culturally-rich stories to our audiences.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies for content, production, and writing roles
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, attracting, and engaging top creative talent from the entertainment industry
• Utilize your network to identify local communities and candidates with deep cultural insights into French and Italian audiences
• Maintain accurate data in ATS and recruitment trackers, ensuring compliance with local labor laws
• Coordinate with People Operations, Business Leaders, and Finance to align hiring timelines and budgets

What You Bring

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in media, entertainment, or content-driven industries
• Fluent in English, French, and Italian
• Strong network within the TV, writing, production, or creative arts sectors
• Experience hiring for international markets, especially European regions
• Proactive, creative, and passionate about building new initiatives
