About the Role

We seek a Talent Acquisition Specialist passionate about the entertainment/media sector, with a keen understanding of the creative community. The role involves hiring for roles such as Promo Writers, Content Writers, Creative Leads, and Production talent primarily in France and Italy, to help us deliver culturally-rich stories.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies for content, production, and writing roles
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top creative talent in the entertainment industry
• Utilize your network to find candidates who understand French and Italian audiences and bring cultural insights
• Maintain ATS and recruitment data, ensuring compliance with local labor laws
• Coordinate with People Ops, Business Leaders, and Finance to align hiring timelines and budgets

What You Bring

• Over 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in media, entertainment, or content industries
• Fluency in English, French, and Italian
