Job Description

We are seeking a Recruitment Analyst to contribute actively and develop skills in our recruitment operations.

Within the HR Development Department, you will join our Recruitment team (approximately 60 members), which aims to be a sustainable reference employer in the consulting market in France and internationally. The team acts as a trusted partner to management and operations, supporting the company's growth, implementing recruitment strategies, and promoting our employer brand globally.

Main responsibilities include:

Talent acquisition:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process independently, ensuring quality assessments and a positive candidate experience. Support candidates from identification to integration, aligned with Wavestone’s priorities, HR, and CSR policies (disability, diversity & inclusion).
  • Handle sourcing through social networks, corporate site, cooptation, school relations, and headhunting, while innovating in recruitment practices to attract top talents.
  • Conduct interviews, provide regular feedback, and manage decision-making until job offers are made, ensuring recruitment selectivity and integrity.
  • Oversee the probation period follow-up to guarantee successful onboarding and employee satisfaction.

Campus Management:

  • Enhance Wavestone’s visibility and attractiveness among students, graduates, and alumni from top schools by developing and executing campus strategies aligned with recruitment priorities.
  • Build strong relationships with key contacts at educational institutions and mobilize internal resources to support campus initiatives.
  • Organize campus actions such as mentorship programs, open days, recruitment forums, hackathons, and educational partnerships, utilizing social media and professional platforms for promotion.

Additionally, contributing to transformation projects like process optimization, onboarding revamp, AI integration in recruitment, and investment efficiency can be part of your role, especially if you perform at a high level.
