Une entreprise leader dans le secteur de la technologie médicale recherche un Talent Partner pour renforcer son équipe d'acquisition de talents. Ce rôle participe à l'attraction et à la sélection des talents dans les domaines des ventes et de la fabrication, tout en soutenant l'inclusivité et la diversité. Vous serez amené(e) à utiliser vos compétences en sourcing et en communication pour garantir une expérience positive des candidats tout en répondant aux besoins de recrutement de l'entreprise.

Qualifications

  • 3+ ans d'expérience en tant que Talent Advisor/Partner.
  • Expérience en tant qu'advisory consultant.
  • Compétences en langues : préférablement en allemand et/ou français.

What You Can Expect

As a Zimmer Biomet full life-cycle Talent Partner, you will join the global Talent Acquisition team and lead efforts attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier talent with both Sales and Manufacturing backgrounds. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners in a consultative role to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. This role is remote in Germany or France and will need German and French language capabilities to engage with the local markets.

How You'll Create Impact

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications.
  • Utilize data and up-to-date market insights to advice on market realities or alternatives.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies within a variety of channels.
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with Zimmer Biomet’s requirements, culture, and values.
  • Guide the manager and candidate through the interview phases, ensuring a robust and effective assessment process for Zimmer Biomet and a smooth and engaging experience for the candidate.
  • Artfully manage offers and negotiations, finding a successful outcome for both parties.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, growing the future pipeline.
  • Support Zimmer Biomet’s diversity initiatives by engaging in additional diversity sourcing when needed and supporting a diversity focus throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to continually improve the recruitment process and experience.

What Makes You Stand Out

3+ years of experience as a full life cycle Talent Advisor / Partner

Experience has a consultative advisor, driving the recruitment process and outcomes.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.

Your Background

Strong sourcing techniques

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with hiring managers and candidates.

Influencing and negotiation skills

  • German and / or French language proficiency preferred
