Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global Talent Acquisition team, supporting end-to-end recruitment for white-collar roles within Danfoss Power Solutions. The role is based primarily at the Annemasse site with a hybrid work pattern.

You will partner with hiring managers and stakeholders across regions to deliver timely, high-quality hires, while promoting an inclusive candidate experience and adapting to local and global recruiting strategies. CVs should be in English.

Qualifications

• University degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• Min. 5 years in talent acquisition, preferably global/industrial/matrixed environment.
• Full professional proficiency in English and French.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes with high quality and professionalism.
• Ability to influence, stakeholder-manage and collaborate across cultures and organizational levels.

The Impact You'll Make

Danfoss is currently looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global Talent Acquisition team, supporting all recruitment activities in Danfoss Power Solutions. Our team’s clear focus is on attracting and recruiting the best talents in the market for our business

As our new Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes of white collar staffing needs throughout our segment in close cooperation with hiring managers and other stakeholders. Whilst you will have a focus on France, global recruitments within Danfoss Power Solutions will be shared within the team.

The job is mainly based at Annemasse site, with hybrid work possible twice to three times a week. You will be reporting into the Director of Talent Acquisition for DPS who is based in Germany and be supported by a global team of dedicated Talent Acquisition Partners for Danfoss Power Solutions. What You’ll Be Doing

Your mission as a Talent Acquisition Partner will be to support our business goals through both strategic and operational recruitment activities.

Key tasks and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their talent needs and provide expert guidance throughout the end-to-end recruitment processes for white collar positions, including active sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation
• Serve as a trusted advisor and process owner to hiring managers, guiding them in attracting and selecting a diverse and high-performing pipeline while ensuring an inclusive and engaging candidate experience
• Ensure that our recruitment efforts are aligned with both local and global strategies, while promoting Danfoss as an inclusive and desirable employer
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines for critical roles
• Actively contribute to Danfoss’ global talent acquisition initiatives, collaborating across teams to share best practices and ensure alignment with our global priorities

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a collaborative and dedicated Talent Acquisition professional with a proactive mindset to complete our international team. You have the ability to anticipate business needs and deliver innovative solutions.

Following qualifications are needed:

• University degree or a comparable qualification in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Min. 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a global, industrial-focused, or matrixed environment
• Full professional proficiency English and French is required
• Solid skills in active sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates using modern recruitment tools and methods
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism
• Ability and affinity to influence, stakeholder-manage and collaborate effectively across cultures and organizational levels
