Job summary

We are looking for an Import / Export Technician to join our plant in Annemasse.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Open a logistics file for all import, export, or international trade operations.
• Request tariff studies from carriers or freight forwarders.
• Apply rules for customs duty exemptions or reductions.
• Prepare necessary documents and authorizations (hazardous materials declaration, free circulation certificate, etc.).
• Handle transport and logistics disputes.
• Enter operations into the integrated management software.
• Monitor deadlines for main activities.
• Follow up with various departments (teams or department heads) to meet timeline objectives.
