You will support the full recruitment lifecycle and help in sourcing top talent in a dynamic, collaborative environment. The role focuses on improving candidate experience and employer branding.
Talent Acquisition Operations Generalist

We play a key role in advancing Aer Lingus’ strategic ambitions by developing innovative sourcing strategies, enhancing our Employer Brand, and providing a best-in-class Talent Acquisition service to our business partners.
Our team of eight is responsible for attracting and securing top talent across all areas of Aer Lingus, from Business Support Functions to our High-Volume Talent Acquisition Programmes.
We are now looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Generalist to join our dynamic team and support the full recruitment lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity for someone in the early stages of their TA career who thrives in a fast-paced and varied environment. The role is based at Dublin Airport, with the flexibility of a hybrid working model.
