Description du poste

As part of a newly created role, the HR teams for the France Market & Europe Region at Chanel are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager. In a first place, the goal of the role is to develop a strategy for sourcing, attracting, selecting, and managing recruitment, onboarding, and development through identifying career paths for the "Young Talent" community for our office functions. This strategy will be implemented and continuously nurtured to reinforce the Company Image and to stabilize our organizations and business activities. You will play a pivotal role in building strong partnerships with schools, enhancing our Employer Brand and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This position is key to shaping our future talent pipeline and supporting the CHANEL’s long-term growth ambitions.

Define & drive the Early Career the talent acquisition strategy to meet the business needs and develop the awareness of the Brand


  • Collaborate with business teams and the HR community to analyze and identify recruitment needs
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational objectives
  • Attract and support our D&I ambitions by recruiting diverse talent in collaboration with specialist partners and associations working closely with the Social Commitment team
  • Energize and diversify sourcing channels and media while strengthening relationships with schools in both France and Europe to expand our candidate pool
  • Define the school relations plan in line with other Chanel entities in France, and participate in creating tailored events to raise awareness of our careers among young talents.
  • Ensure the deployment of Early Career Talent Acquisition initiatives and policies for Chanel, representing the France Market & Europe Region in some instances within the Global and Europe Talent Acquisition community.
  • Define and build the best assessment strategies and tools to ensure the House has the best talent


Provide an ultimate candidate & employee experience for our early-career candidates and talents


  • Define the key elements of a differentiated journey for these recruits and propose action plans for their implementation
  • Be an ambassador to infuse our Company narrative, professionalize and harmonize candidate journey
  • Coordinate and engage with HR and business teams to facilitate key moments in the engagement and development cycle: onboarding, mid-experience reviews, etc.
  • Oversee the nurturing and monitoring of our Talent pools thanks to new dashboards and tools


Establish recruitment efficiency and innovation by tracking performance, leveraging data insights, and adopting advanced technologies


  • Track recruitment activity performance through key and relevant KPIs and feedbacks and provide regular reports to HR.
  • Support data-driven decision-making by leveraging market insights and recruitment trend reports, proposing actions to improve existing workflows, and ensuring that our practices remain competitive
  • Stay updated on AI, automation tools, and advanced recruitment technologies, including ATS, chatbots, and predictive analytics, to optimize our efficiency, relevance, and innovation by working closely with People Solutions team.


Lead and support a team of external recruiters.

What You Bring


  • You are passionate about recruitment and bring leadership and significant experience of at least 7 years in a high-demand environment, ideally in an international and large company.
  • You have a strong understanding of sourcing and evaluation tools and strategies
  • You are passionate about the luxury retail industry.
  • Your pragmatic approach enables you to balance a high volume of activities efficiently, achieving results while fostering strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Naturally curious, you are eager to explore new approaches and handle conflicting viewpoints. Your open-mindedness helps you find the best solution for all parties involved.
  • You understand the importance of team dynamics and are skilled at building high-quality relationships with your stakeholders.
  • Languages: You are fluent in both French and English.
