HyLight, a climate-tech startup focused on aerial inspections, offers a Talent Acquisition Intern role based at Base 217, Brétigny-sur-Orge. You will support the People team and hiring managers across recruitment, onboarding, and candidate experience during a growth phase.

You will gain hands-on experience in startup recruiting, employer branding, and talent operations, contributing to building a fast-scaling team while learning from experienced recruiters in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Looking for a 3–6 month internship starting in September.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Fluent in both English and French (professional proficiency).

Responsabilités

• Coordinate interviews across multiple teams and calendars.
• Be a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Publish and maintain job postings across recruiting platforms.
• Keep the ATS organized and up to date.
• Source promising candidates through LinkedIn and other channels.
• Screen applications and support initial candidate outreach.
• Assist hiring managers with interview logistics and collecting structured feedback.
• Support onboarding preparation for new team members.
• Track recruitment metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to employer branding, campus recruitment, and events.
