Une entreprise de confiance recherche un Coordinateur de Transformation Numérique pour contribuer à un monde maritime plus durable. Dans ce rôle, vous serez chargé de coordonner des projets innovants, allant de la définition des besoins à la mise en œuvre de solutions numériques. Vous travaillerez avec une équipe dédiée pour soutenir le déploiement et garantir l'alignement optimal des projets. Si vous avez un diplôme de Master en ingénierie ou en commerce et une expérience solide en ingénierie des processus, cette opportunité vous permettra de participer à des projets internationaux passionnants tout en évoluant dans un environnement inclusif et dynamique.

Qualifications

• 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en ingénierie des processus et projets de transformation numérique.
• Expérience en consulting est un plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordonner les projets de transformation numérique de l'identification des besoins à la mise en œuvre.
• Faciliter l'exécution des programmes en soutenant la coordination entre les chefs de projet.

This major transformation is led by Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore Digital Solutions & Transformation (DS&T) Department which scopes, designs, develops and deploys solutions leveraging in-house capabilities, market software especially related to Product life Cycle Management (PLM) and new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence.

To drive and coordinate this program, a dedicated Digital Transformation team has been set-up to:

• Scope projects: From needs identification to high level target definition and related roadmap construction (process reengineering, organizational changes, new services development, digital solutions, BCase…)
• Support deployment: From change management strategy to adoption follow-up (communication during the project and at delivery, Go to Market, training strategy definition…)
• Facilitate program execution: supporting the coordination between Project Managers and delivery leaders (defining and driving the governance, implementing risk management to ensure constant optimal alignment between needs, roadmap…)

With a Master's degree from an engineering or business school, you have a successful experience of 3 to 5 years in Process Engineering and Digital Transformation Projects. Experience in Consulting is a plus.

Your English allows you to express yourself easily both orally and in writing.
