As a Talent Acquisition Apprentice, you will support the talent strategy in the Western Europe (WEEU) cluster, specifically supporting our retail hirings for Spain and Portugal. You will support the Talent Acquisition Manager in driving the full lifecycle recruitment process in partnership with the cluster's leadership team for office roles in France. You will also coordinate the development and execution of strategic initiatives for the HQ and retail candidate and employee experience, including but not limited to employer branding, talent management, campus relations, and international talent acquisition.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

You will support the Talent Acquisition team in providing a best-in-class candidate experience by managing the strategic, full-cycle recruitment process across France and Iberia.

You will coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.

You will post and promote jobs utilizing various sites to drive a diverse candidate pool, including social media platforms.

You will conduct in-depth screens and assess potential candidates for interest, qualifications, and compensation requirements.

You will coordinate the creation of the campus management program and develop effective partnerships with key schools in France.

You will collaborate with management throughout the recruitment and selection process, identifying and resolving any obstacles that may arise.

You will research, suggest, and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.

MORE ABOUT YOU

You speak fluent French and English as your first language. Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.

You have a human resources degree or equivalent.

You have initial experience in recruitment and campus management.

You are recognized for your excellent communication skills and your ability to partner, collaborate, and build relationships.

You know how to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

You are a great listener with a customer service mindset.

Recruitment Process
