Apprenticeship - Talent Acquisition & Campus Management, Western Europe
Location - Paris, Esplanade de la Defense
This opportunity is open to students looking for an apprenticeship contract of 1-2 years (contrat d’apprentissage d’une durée d’un ou deux ans).
As a Talent Acquisition Apprentice, you will support the talent strategy in the Western Europe (WEEU) cluster, specifically supporting our retail hirings for Spain and Portugal. You will assist the Talent Acquisition Manager in managing the full life cycle recruitment process in partnership with the cluster's leadership team for office roles in France. Additionally, you will coordinate the development and execution of strategic initiatives for the HQ and retail candidate and employee experience, including employer branding, talent management, campus relations, and international talent acquisition.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
You will support the Talent Acquisition Team in providing a best-in-class candidate experience through managing the full cycle recruitment process across France and Iberia.
You will coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
You will post and promote jobs on various platforms to attract a diverse candidate pool, including social media channels.
You will conduct in-depth screening and assess candidates for interest, qualifications, and compensation requirements.
You will coordinate the creation of the campus management program and develop partnerships with key schools in France.
You will collaborate with management throughout the recruitment and selection process, identifying and resolving any obstacles.
You will research, suggest, and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.
MORE ABOUT YOU
You speak fluent French and English as your first language. Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
You have a human resources degree or equivalent.
You have some experience in recruitment and campus management.
You are recognized for your excellent communication skills and ability to partner, collaborate, and build relationships.
You know how to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
You are a great listener with a customer service mindset.
Recruitment Process
Once you apply, here’s what you can expect:
A response within two weeks of your application.
If your profile is shortlisted, you will have an initial 30-minute interview with one of our recruiters.
This will be followed by a 20-minute interview with our Talent Acquisition Manager for WEEU.
Finally, a 45-minute interview with your direct manager.
If you are not selected after speaking with a recruiter, you will receive constructive feedback within a week. We value the effort and time invested in your application.
