Role & Responsibilities

The T&M industry team is seeking a Senior Client Executive to develop auto business in East China and increase 3DS penetration and revenue growth over the mid and long term.

What will your role be?

Your responsibilities to support Dassault Systèmes' growth include:

  • Define, secure endorsement from the 3DS team, and obtain customer commitment on the Customer Value Roadmap for assigned accounts to generate over €5 million in incremental revenue each year for three years.
  • Build and develop trusted relationships at the executive level and across all organizational layers to ensure sustainable business for 3DS.
  • Engage 3DS teams and/or C&SI as appropriate to maintain a high-end 3DS consulting presence and create new growth opportunities.
  • Identify and convert leads into opportunities.
  • Conduct full sales engagements following the LEVERAGE process to surpass revenue targets.
  • Create accurate forecasts for Q, Q+1, Q+2, and FY, maintaining an appropriate pipeline to meet business goals.
  • Negotiate with customers, complying with all engagement processes (SBO, IOC, CLOSA, Revenue recognition), regulations, policies, and ethical standards.
  • Manage the 3DS and client ecosystems throughout the customer journey to ensure overall satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 8 to 10 years of sales experience related to industrial software solutions for large accounts, especially auto OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
  • Proven sales record and strong knowledge of the auto industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Mandarin and English.
  • Proactive, ambitious, and resilient in sales roles.
