Description du poste

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for a range of IT-related projects, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initial design to delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. The role involves working with a multidisciplinary international T&DS team, as well as partners and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities of the role :

  1. Project Planning : Define project scope, objectives, budget, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans including key activities, tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
  2. Project Leadership : Ensure project deliverables are satisfied by monitoring progress.
  3. Communication : Manage clear and effective communication channels with the project sponsor, stakeholders, and senior leadership. Provide regular status updates and reports.
  4. Quality Assurance : Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and user requirements. Work with Finance for budget follow-up and control.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate decision-making, requirements definition, risk management, and issue resolution.
  6. Vendors Management : Lead the process of defining requirements for RFPs, manage tenders, and represent Forvis Mazars with providers. Coordinate with ITSM for synchronized delivery of ITSM and transition of services to external providers.

Qualifications :

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience managing complex IT projects in an international environment.
  • PM certification (PMP) and knowledge of ITIL.
  • Flexibility to manage projects in waterfall, agile, or hybrid modes.
  • Expertise in managing external providers for project delivery and integration.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Willingness to travel internationally 15-20%.
