Job Description

Group Security Operations

The objectives are to Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, and Recover by deploying and managing core global security services.

Role Purpose and Responsibilities

The Head of Identity & Access Management reports to the Group Head of Security Operations and leads multiple global security services. Responsibilities include Privileged Access Management, Certificate Management, Directory Management, Mazars Global Identity, and related IAM processes (Birthright, JML, Modern Authentication).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect security services and products
• Lead onboarding of territory services
• Manage escalations, incidents, exceptions, requests, and support
• Develop and follow service roadmaps
• Define SLAs with stakeholders
• Provide regular reporting
• Manage squad members
• Coordinate effectively with third-party partners

Key Skills

• 8+ years of experience in a similar role with team management
• Experience with Azure Active Directory, Okta, and other SaaS identity providers
• Experience with privilege access management tools (Azure Bastion, CyberArk, etc.)
• Experience with PKI, Active Directory management (attributes, GPOs, etc.)
• Agile methodology experience
• Budget management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven leadership in managing technical teams
