Within a mechatronics team dedicated to the design and industrialization of new technologies in mechatronics and fluid electronics, you will be the technical expert for systems engineering. You will analyze the needs/specifications of external and internal clients to perform functional analysis and propose possible system architectures. You will coordinate the disciplines (mechanical, electronic, software, thermal, fluid) involved in the design of the various system components. You will contribute to system validation (test plan, KPIs, performance) and participate in technical reviews, client discussions, and risk management.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
With a PhD/Engineering/Master's degree, you possess strong knowledge in mechatronic systems engineering (motors, actuators, sensors) and/or fluid dynamics (pumps, compressors, valves). You are proficient in classic systems engineering tools and concepts and have at least 5 years of successful experience in an industrial or automotive environment.
As an expert at MMT, you will develop a business vision within the company and ensure its scientific and technical visibility externally. Within an organization where innovation is a driving force, you will demonstrate creativity, tenacity, and pragmatism to independently manage projects and communicate effectively with clients. You will work in an international environment where fluency in English is essential.
This is a permanent position based in Besançon, with salary to be determined based on profile and experience.
