Job Summary

We are looking for Workplace Systems Engineers Level 2 or 3 M / F to join our dynamic team.

Responsible for managing and optimizing workplace systems for our customers, ensuring high performance and availability. You will work closely with technical teams and end users to ensure an optimal user experience.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Administer and maintain workplace systems, including virtualization environments and collaboration solutions;
• Diagnose and resolve Level 3 incidents, providing advanced technical support;
• Participate in the design and implementation of new solutions and improvements to existing systems;
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure system integration and compatibility;
• Conduct security audits and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with standards and best practices;
• Write and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures;
• Train and mentor lower-level engineers and end users.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with significant experience as a systems engineer with expertise in workplace solutions;
• Mastery of virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V) and collaboration solutions (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, SCCM, Google Workspace, etc.);
• Recent certifications in these areas are a plus;
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills;
• English level B2 or TOEIC above 785;
• Ability to work independently and in a team;
• National mobility.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices (incident, problem, change management, and releases);
• Motivated by challenges and obtaining new certifications;
• Responsive, organized, and service-oriented.
